SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting Capulet Soaps, we are so glad you stopped by. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and returns policy. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship with USPS and normal shipping time is 3-5 business days, however, if we are to experience a high volume of orders please be patient and someone will contact you if there is a delay with your order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Capulet Soaps is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. once we release the order to USPS we are no longer responsible for it. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is as follows. We at Capulet Soaps do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items. If you are not pleased with your items we ask that you reach out to us and we may discuss what to do from there.
